How to Download and Run NinjaRMM Quick Connect

Download the Application:

Click the download button to download the NinjaRMM Quick Connect application.

1. Run the Application:

– Once the download is complete, locate the downloaded file (typically in your “Downloads” folder).
– Double-click on the file to run the application. You might see a security prompt asking for permission to run the software. Click “Yes” or “Run” to proceed.

2. Accept the Connection:

– After launching the application, you will receive a prompt asking you to accept the remote connection from our support team. Please click “Accept” to allow the connection.

3. Establishing the Connection:

– Our support technician will see your device appear on our side and will initiate the remote session.
– You will be prompted to accept the remote connection. Please confirm to proceed.

4. Remote Assistance:

– Once connected, our technician will have access to your screen and can control your mouse and keyboard to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
– You can watch the entire process in real-time and communicate with the technician through chat or phone to provide additional details or ask questions.

5. Session Completion:

– After resolving the issue, the technician will disconnect from your device.
– You can close the NinjaRMM Quick Connect application once the session is complete.

6. Security and Privacy:

Your security and privacy are our top priorities. The NinjaRMM Quick Connect tool uses encrypted connections to ensure that your data remains safe and secure. Additionally, the remote session can only be initiated with your explicit consent, and you have full visibility and control throughout the entire process.
